Receipts for your payments
Download a PDF receipt for any booking payment, refund or gift voucher.

Every payment and refund on TreatHour has a PDF receipt with its own number (like TH-2026-000123). It shows the business's price, the TreatHour service charge, any voucher, what you paid and how, the date (Lagos time) and the business's cancellation policy.
Where to find them
- Bookings: open your booking (My bookings, or your private booking link) and look under the payment box for Receipts: one per payment (deposit, balance or full payment) and one per refund.
- Gift vouchers: Download receipt on the voucher in your account, or on your order page if you bought as a guest.
- The app: open a booking and tap Receipts.
- Email: if you get booking updates by email, the receipt comes attached.
Downloading a receipt again gives the same receipt with the same number.
