Putting your business on the map
Place your pin so customers searching "near me" can find you, or show only your area if you work from home.

Customers can search near me and browse a map. To show up there, put your business on the map. It's free on every plan.
Placing your pin
- Dashboard → Map location.
- Type your address and pick it from the suggestions.
- Drag the pin onto your door, then press Yes, this is my door. Or, standing at your business, use I'm at my business now.
A pin far from your business's city is refused: move it onto your business, or change your city in Business profile. Businesses without a pin still appear in lists, just not on the map.
Working from home?
Tick Show only my area, not my exact address. Customers then see your area (about a 1 km circle) instead of a pin, and no street address before they book.
Help customers find you
- In Business profile, answer Who do you serve? (women, men or everyone).
- On plans with a team, add each team member's gender (optional) so customers who prefer a female or male professional can find you.
