Free trial
Where a plan has a free trial, start it from Plan & billing. No card is needed, and you get everything in the plan straight away. Each business can have one trial. When it ends you go back to Free, unless you choose to keep the plan. We remind you a few days before.
Paying, changing and cancelling
- You pay monthly by card through Paystack. Only the owner sees Plan & billing.
- Moving to a bigger plan: we charge your saved card the difference for this month, and it starts straight away. If the card can't be charged, you can pay for the new plan in full instead: that starts a new month, and the old plan ends without a refund.
- Moving to a smaller plan happens at the end of the month you've paid for.
- Cancel any time. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. (Cancelling a free trial, or a plan whose last payment failed, ends it straight away.)
- Price changes: if the price of your plan changes for businesses already on it, we email you, and the new price applies from your next monthly payment.
- Payment history has a PDF receipt for every payment, and we email one too.
If a payment fails
You keep your plan for 3 more days while you fix it. Plan & billing shows Payment failed with a button to pay, and we email you.
- What happens to my website if I go back to Free?
- Your settings are saved and your marketplace listing keeps taking bookings. Your website address sends customers to your TreatHour page until you upgrade again.
- Do I pay commission on bookings?
- No. You keep 100% of your price. Customers pay TreatHour's service charge on top, and TreatHour pays the card fees from it.
