Payouts and changing your bank account
When and how TreatHour pays you, the minimum payout, and why payouts pause for 24 hours after a bank change.
Updated 5 October 2026
Customers pay online when they book, and TreatHour holds the money until the appointment. After that, we send your share to your bank once a day, around 12:00 Lagos time. Only the owner sees Payouts.
Setting up your bank
- Dashboard → Payouts.
- Choose your bank and enter your account number.
- Check the name and confirm. We look the account name up with Paystack. Please check it carefully: money sent to the wrong account can't be brought back.
What you're paid, and when
- Your whole price for each completed booking. The TreatHour service charge is separate and we pay the card and transfer fees.
- A booking counts as completed when you mark it Complete, or by itself 24 hours after the appointment ends (unless you marked a no-show or it was cancelled).
- Cancellation and no-show charges are paid out the same way, once they're final.
- Each payout includes money paid before midnight (Lagos time), so today's bookings go in a later payout.
- We send payouts from ₦500. Smaller amounts are added to a later payout: nothing is lost.
The Payouts page shows what's in your next payout, what's on its way to your bank, and your history. Open a paid payout for Download statement (PDF).
Changing your bank account
Press Change bank account and follow the same steps. To protect you from fraud, payouts pause for 24 hours after a change (your first setup doesn't pause). The Payouts page shows "New bank account: payouts resume on…" and we email the owner.
Got an email saying your bank account was changed, and it wasn't you? Contact us straight away, before the 24 hours are up.
- A payout failed. What now?
- Most bank hiccups are retried automatically. If your Payouts page says Payout failed, check your bank details, the bank refused the account: check it and change it if needed, and we send the money again.
- What if a customer is refunded after I've been paid?
- That's rare and only done by our team. The amount is taken from your next payouts, and you can see it on your Payouts page.
